Plaintiff Personal Injury Trial Attorney The candidate must have a high volume of personal injury claims that need prosecution from demand negotiation to trial, if necessary; obtain the highest value for clients through post-settlement lien and medical bill reduction; Jury trial work is an integral part of the claim prosecution process; successfully conducted jury trials in Missouri and Kansas. Must be a confident legal writer with writing samples upon request; a people person as well as a good communicator with clients and staff; able to manage docket independent of supervision; technologically competent to operate in highly organized workflow software; highly organized with attention to detail in all document drafting; independent, hardworking, and responsible for caseload.
