Associate Attorney (Immigration) The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in immigration law, preferably with EOIR handling court hearings. Should be currently licensed as an attorney and in good standing with a State Bar. Experience drafting family-based immigration petitions is required. Bilingual Spanish skills are needed.
