Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be supporting attorneys practicing in family law, criminal law, and general civil litigation for approximately 20 hours each week. Obtain and analyze various records and data. Must have Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience assisting litigation attorneys. Should have knowledge of Indiana court procedures and rules. Experience with reviewing financial records is needed. Experience with the discovery process is needed. Must be proficient with drafting of court pleadings and required documents. Must be proficient with electronic filing of pleadings and other court filings in state and federal court. Should have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
