Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be doing initialing interview of potential clients. Assisting in legal and factual research. Identifying, reviewing and summarizing documents. Organizing, indexing and tracking files. Preparation of complaints, discovery responses, motions and other legal documents. Requesting and obtaining medical records and other documents. Communication with clients and experts. Preparing settlement documents and identifying/resolving liens. Preparing files for trials and hearings. Should have 3-5 years of experience. Must be detail-oriented and possess a positive attitude, along with excellent time management, interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
