Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will be filing and serving Complaints and various other pleadings. Handling busy attorney's calendar. Assisting with litigation functions at the direction of managing attorney. Must have 5+ years of litigation experience at a Plaintiffs' personal injury firm. Experience with e-filing and service required. Be a self-motivator who can multi-task effectively and is comfortable talking to clients, attorneys, and the Court. Knowledge of electronic filing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey is needed.
