Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the closing of multifamily transactions and preparation and review of documents related to the authorization, issuance, and delivery of multi-housing revenue bonds, including: Preparation and filing of applications for volume cap with the Texas Bond Review Board along with all other subsequent filings; Drafting of resolutions for the issuing entity of the bonds; Drafting of TEFRA notices and coordinating publication of same; Drafting of closing documents and coordinating execution of same; Preparation and filing of transcripts with the Attorney General for their review/approval and coordination of subsequent filings; Management of documents leading up to, and following, closing; Maintaining tracking schedules for each transaction and updating the group calendar; Preparing closing transcripts on CDs; and Other job-related duties as assigned. The candidate must have Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate, or equivalent job-related experience. Should have 3+ years of experience as a transactional commercial real estate paralegal; strong preference for candidates with experience in housing revenue bonds or municipal bonds. Should have ability to thrive in a hands on A?, fast paced environment. Must have ability to take ownership of workflow, work independently, plan and take initiative to accomplish objectives in a timely manner with minimum supervision. Should have excellent, organizational, communication, analytical and critical thinking skills.
