Immigration Court Paralegal The candidate must be Bilingual (English/ Spanish) immigration paralegal with at least 5 years experience handling court immigration cases. Strong writing skills, drafting affidavits of wavier support, response to RFE"s and NOID's. Must have experience preparing Motions, Pleadings, etc. Should have strong interpersonal customer service skills. Organizational skills, detail oriented and the ability to maintain and review clients files to ensure completeness and compliance with deadlines and court calendar. Ability to translate documents from Spanish to English is required.
