Personal Injury Trial Paralegal The candidate will assist in important cases with a great team. Will be responsible for continuous review and management of case files. Prepare initial discovery, i.e., interrogatories, request for production, request for admissions. Journal deadlines for responses and monitor for timeliness. Prepare deposition and medical record summaries. Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, chronologies, deposition and/or trial binders for use by attorneys. Investigate facts as requested by attorney, including experience in advanced social media and internet investigation. The candidate must be experienced in personal injury and wrongful death civil with a background in Florida, Georgia and/or Federal cases. Must have at least 5 years of related experience. Must have assisted attorneys in many cases and at least 5 trials. Certification is preferred. Experienced with trial preparation. Knowledge of Florida and/or Federal and/or Georgia Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Evidence and Rules of Professional Conduct. Knowledge of personal injury, civil rights and/or wrongful death cases. Working knowledge and experience of e-Filing in both State and Federal Court systems;
