Attorney The candidate will be representing individuals in personal injury matters. Handling all aspects of personal injury cases from beginning to end. Ability to draft law and motion pleadings, manage all aspects of discovery and ensure that deadlines are met. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Should have Doctorate Degree. California State Bar License is preferred. Should have Trial experience. Should have personal injury experience. 1 year of relevant and Attorney experience is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed. Proficient in MS Office, timekeeping, document management software, e-filings, and experience with WestNext are desired.
