Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work up cases in both pre-suit and active litigation. Prepare demand letters. Assist in drafting complaints, expert packages, and trial pleadings. Prepare discovery responses and requests. Coordinate with attorneys during the various stages of a case. Prepare for and attend trial. Help maintain client relationships. Schedule and file. Perform other responsibilities as needed. Bachelor's is preferred. Should have 4+ years of Litigation experience. Should have 4+ years of Personal injury law experience. Should have 5+ years of experience handling auto litigation and auto insurance claims (PIP, UM, BI) in both pre-suit and active litigation. Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
