Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will create and maintain case files. Will field and handle phone calls from clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel. Request medical records, police reports, and other documents as needed. Regular client communication. Drafting documents including pre-litigation settlement demands and pleadings. Assisting with administrative tasks when needed. Should have 2+ years of experience. Personal injury experience is a plus.
