Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 2-5 years litigation experience. Must have proficiency with large case document management, knowledge of e-filing and service requirements, court rules and calendaring procedures for State and Federal Courts. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook. Knowledge of Bankruptcy adversarial proceedings is a plus.
