Patent Attorney The candidate will be responsible for preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications, and working on other patent related counseling matters, including opinions and strategic patent portfolio development. Must have good academic records, and 2+ years of significant experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Post-graduate degree and experience with complex Patent Office proceedings, client counseling with opinion drafting, and/or other related patent practice experience is preferred. Should have the ability to work in a team environment and preferably have a technical background in any of physics, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, and/or electrical engineering.
