Corporate/Commercial Lending & Real Estate Paralegal Candidate must have: Paralegal diploma or certificate, however, Bachelor s degree preferred. Substantial national experience in title insurance matters, survey, title review, stock and asset acquisitions/dispositions and UCC filings and searches. Corporate/Real Estate paralegal work experience including experience documenting and closing commercial real estate transactions, documenting commercial financings, entity formation, and assisting with commercial foreclosures. Proven ability to expand on established skill set to broaden their value to the firm. Confident in their abilities and able to reach out to attorneys to seek out work when time allows. Able to work independently to perform tasks for a variety of individuals. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills using MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel). Flexibility to work overtime as needed; good organizational skills. Ability to work well under deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills. Organization and attention to details skills.
