Legal Secretary The candidate responsibilities include: Time Entry; Process Expense Reimbursements; Reconcile Monthly Credit Card Statements (Maintain & Organize Receipts); Manage Calendar and Coordinate Changing Schedule Needs; Travel Planning (Flight/Train/Car Service Reservations & Hotel Accommodations); Maintain Attorney Diaries & Schedules; Set Up Meetings as Needed Including Logistical Needs (Location/Food/Beverage Requirements); Create Power Point Presentations; Typing and Data Entry as needed; Data Entry of Electronic Files into Firm Document Management System; Assist Attorney Team as necessary with projects which may arise; Facilities Maintenance (processing work order requests); Human Resources (assistance with onboarding new employees, benefits enrollment/updates and time and attendance tracking); Vendor Relations; Event Planning; Tracking of Attorney CLE and State Registrations; Marketing email blasts (updating email lists and website posts); Exceptional customer service including writing and phone skills. Exceptional follow-thru skills required.
