The candidate will be making court appearances, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and discovery, meeting with clients, and attending mediations. The candidate should have experience in dealing with all family law matters, including but not limited to military divorces, child custody, property division, temporary orders, discovery, and mediation. Experience conducting evidentiary hearings, mediations, and prove-ups. Should have 3-years family law experience.
