Responsibilities: Drafting estate planning documents; analyzing, planning, and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer strategies; administering estates, trusts, and guardianships; selecting and creating business entities and preparing documents for all business transactions; organizing and advising tax-exempt organizations; transfer tax and fiduciary tax preparation; support litigation attorneys in Trusts and Estates litigation and be responsible for handling in-person (or telephone or video) hearings. Qualifications: JD Degree and LL.M. required. LLM in Taxation preferred. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar. Some experience in Trusts and Estates preferred. Must be able to interact effectively with clients, other attorneys and professional advisors. Strong analytic, writing, communication and organization skills required; detail oriented, motivated, self-starter, able to take responsibility for and complete projects.
