Litigation Attorney- Personal Injury The candidate should have 1+ year of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation. Must have experience drafting and responding to pleadings, discovery and motions. Experience in presenting oral arguments at contested hearings and trials (bench and/or jury) required. Experience taking and defending depositions. Personal injury and workers compensation experience is a plus. Substantial knowledge of Fl.R.C.P and Rules of Evidence.
