Attorney - Immigration The candidate should be a licensed attorney experienced in Family Based Immigration Law. Courtroom experience is essential for its high volume legal practice. Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is required. Must be a member of the Illinois Bar and must also have knowledge when it comes to Family Based Immigration and courtroom experience within the practice area of Immigration. Should have 2+ years of recent experience in a Law Firm. Significant Recent Family Based Immigration experience is required. Must be in good standing with the Illinois Bar. Strong command of the English language and excellent writing skills are preferred.
