Associate Attorney The candidate will be joining a respected boutique Employment law firm. Respond to and drafting discovery, letters, subpoenas, motions, oppositions, calendar dates for cases and deadlines, class certification motions, and related documents. Obtaining and preparing witness statements and declarations. Conducting legal research. Committed to completing assignments and getting the job done. Identify issues and determine viability of various claims as well as draft complaints. Be comfortable to interviewing clients and witnesses. Must have 1+ years of attorney experience including discrimination, harassment, etc. Have an excellent writing skill, and a genuine interest in advocacy and social justice.
