Trademark Paralegal The candidate will be working with a busy practice assisting in the management of numerous client portfolios. Will be serving in basic trademark searches; Update foreign title; Legalization of documents for foreign applications, registrations, and support for litigation. Preparing copyright applications and recordations. Conducting searches for corporate due diligence projects. Overseeing organization and maintenance of client information. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in related discipline. Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program is a plus. Must have 5 years of dedicated trademark prosecution experience. Experience with all forms of US trademark prosecution essential. Knowledge of Madrid protocol filing system needed. Experience managing international prosecution through local counsel essential. Working knowledge of intellectual property docketing systems for trademarks and proficiency with dedicated trademark and copyright research tools needed. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills essential. In depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles required. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications essential.
