Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be working under pressure to meet strict deadlines for demanding clients is a breeze. You exhibit excellent client service skills by working on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervision. Your strong communication skills are evident in your ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including management staff and support staff. The use of computers for organizing and maintaining documents, as well as familiarity with technology in general, is one or your strong suits. You work equally well in an independent and a team environment, and you re a proactive self-starter who understands the details within a much larger context. Strong title and survey review preferred. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate as a paralegal in a medium to large sized law firm, commercial title insurance company, or other professional services environment. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is preferred; however, work experience may be substituted for education.
