Affirmative Immigration Paralegal Responsibilities: Join the defensive team. Interview clients. Fill out applications. Research country conditions. Put together court filings. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED. 1+ years of experience working in a law firm setting. Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle the volume of work independently and in teams. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to multi-task. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Excellent verbal, written communication, and proofreading skills. Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelors/Associates degree. 1-2 years of immigration experience. Experience using INSZoom, Salesforce, and Google apps.
