Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should be admitted to the California bar, with 2-3 years of experience for our business litigation practice. Must have strong litigation skills, including initial case analysis, motion and discovery practice, taking and defending depositions, courtroom experience arguing motions, and trial work. Should be self-motivated, outgoing, and able to communicate well with clients. Not expected to handle entire matters independently, but must be able to complete projects on their own in an efficient manner.
