IP/Patent Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be assisting litigation group in multiple matters through all stages of litigation. Reviewing and revising pleadings and correspondence. Assistance with filing and service of documents. Maintaining production and deposition indexes. Updating of databases of document productions. Providing support and work closely with other paralegals. Overtime will be required. The candidate should have 2+ years experience. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects calmly and confidently in a friendly, fast-paced team environment. Must be detail oriented and have good word-processing skills. Experience should include IP litigation in federal court or other complex litigation. Must have computer skills include Microsoft Office Suite and basic document processing.
