Civil Litigation Attorney (Insurance Defense) Candidate must be currently licensed to practice law in NV, additional licensure in other States a plus. 3+ years of experience in civil litigation/insurance defense. Must have significant litigation experience in general liability and bodily injury. Must be highly proficient in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc. Must be able to handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision. Motivated, self-starters need only apply.
