Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be expected to assist attorneys in the preparation of pleadings, propounding discovery and subpoenas, managing e-discovery, conducting basic legal research, facilitating all aspects of document management including gathering, summarizing and producing documents, and working with clients. Should have Paralegal certificate. Must have experience with litigation. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team is required.
