Health Care Attorney The candidate will assist with regulatory, compliance, licensing, employment, and transactional matters. A Master of Laws degree in health care or compliance certification is preferred. 3+ years' experience in health care law is required. Must have working knowledge of state and federal licensing requirements, CMS Conditions of participation, and fraud and abuse laws. Should be authorized to practice law in Michigan. Excellent communication and writing skills are required. A passion for health care law is needed. Should have strong desire to improve knowledge of health care law.
