Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be assisting the attorneys in the acceptance, organization, investigation and resolution of litigation matters; drafting correspondence and legal documents; conferring with all parties involved; keeping schedules; maintaining files; monitoring progress; and following up to ensure all required actions are completed. Should have extensive and complex litigation experience. Should preferably have experience in Intellectual Properties Litigation, E-Discovery (Relativity or Kroll a plus), and Federal and Appellate Courts. A college degree in Paralegal Technology or Business is preferred. Should be multi-task oriented, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to function well in a fast-paced environment.
