Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: trial preparation, including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interviews and witness preparation; research, both legal and of people, businesses, and worksites; drafting of briefs, memos, and client updates; and attendance at depositions, hearings, and/or mediations. Must have 1-3 years of experience and an active Georgia Bar license with strong academic credentials, and willingness to learn and gain trial experience. Multiple Bar licenses are a plus.
