Entry Level Attorneys / Private Client Associate The candidate will work with top-ranked practice group assisting high net worth individuals with their trust and estate planning, estate, gift, and GST tax planning, and related income tax matters. Clients are both domestic and international. Planning for these clients also includes issues regarding their closely-held businesses and their philanthropic endeavors. Should have a strong academic record, good interpersonal and analytical skills, and should be an excellent writer/drafter. Coursework in tax, estate planning, employee benefits, or family law would be useful. Must be first-year/junior Private Client Associate, with 0-1 years of experience. Should preferably have be a member of the Class of 2018 or 2019.
