Associate Attorney The candidate will be materially involved in the litigation and post judgment process for a growing, high volume multi-state legal collection practice including, document review and preparation, suit decisions, interacting with litigation, post judgment and collection staff, communicating and negotiating with consumers and attorneys and the opportunity to go to court. Thorough knowledge of litigation process from suit filing through and including judgment enforcement required. Experience in customer service and/or collections would be a plus. Must be detail oriented.
