Trademark Paralegal The candidate will communicate with clients about trademark clearance and prosecution matters; assisting in gathering client-related information; using commercial trademark databases, web search engines and other tools concerning proposed and existing trademarks; assisting with reviewing client marketing materials; communicating with attorneys throughout the world, assisting with filing new trademark applications; managing client trademark prosecution deadlines; maintaining trademark registrations before the USPTO; and supporting the efforts of the firms trademark attorneys to plan and implement international registration strategies. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must. Should have earned a college Bachelor's degree and have 3+ years experience as a trademark paralegal.
