Associate Attorney - Labor and Employment The candidate must have 3+ years of substantive experience in litigation. Should have strong writing skills and experience with legal research, analysis and drafting of complex memoranda, correspondence, motions and briefs in the context of employment disputes. Should preferably also have some litigation experience and an interest to serve regional, national and global employers. Outstanding academic credentials are required. Texas Bar admission is essential. New Mexico Bar admission is a plus. A federal district court or circuit court of appeals clerkship is also a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills and ties to El Paso are desirable.
