Associate Attorney The candidate will be opening new files, creating litigation plans, conducting discovery, making court appearances, and trying cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. Mentored through increasingly complex demands and needs of the Firm's varied clients through a continuing education process, with opportunities to ultimately become a State Bar of California Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law. Must be admitted to the State Bar of California. Active California State Bar membership in good standing is required. Juris Doctor degree is required. Must have 2+ years experience in Workers' Compensation.
