Corporate/Franchise Paralegal The candidate must have exceptional drafting, communication and organizational skills and at least 3-5 years of transactional paralegal experience, preferably in the corporate, franchise and/or intellectual property areas of law. This position will also include legal administrative support duties. High school or equivalent (Preferred). Experience of 1 year (Preferred).
