Immigration Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will coordinate with Attorney's to assist with filings and immigration trial preparation. Will prepare packages for immigration court filing or appeals filings. Assist attorney's with getting documents from clients. Prepare packages for immigration court filing or appeals filings. Prepare packages of I-130 and I-485 including waivers. Assist attorney's with getting documents from clients. Prepare H1b, E-2, L1A and Perm processing. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. 2 years of experience in immigration law is a plus.
