Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate should be experienced medical malpractice/personal injury paralegal. Primary practice areas involve insurance defense and medical malpractice. Should have 5 years experience handling healthcare and/or personal injury matters is required. Must be reviewing medical records, analysis and preparation of medical chronologies, propounding discovery, responding to discovery, witness and expert contact and deposition preparation. Must have excellent written and communication skills, the ability to multi-task is a must.
