Associate Attorney The candidate will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients in divorce, custody, child support, and paternity cases. Advise clients in all areas of family law cases. Provide general attorney support. Legal research and writing. Attend hearings, mediations, and trials. Manage full case load efficiently. Participate in cases from beginning to end. Must be a highly motivated individual who has a desire to work in family law, has strong writing skills and social skills, pays close attention to detail, and is willing to take direction from different supervising attorneys. Must have a Juris Doctorate degree with excellent writing skills and a willingness to jump in and be proactively involved in cases, Licensed to practice in the State of Utah, and 1-2 years of law practice experience.
