Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years of experience to work in a busy civil litigation practice. Work experience in environmental and/or toxic tort is a plus. Should have a working knowledge of the procedural aspects of civil litigation and the ability to manage the work flow involved in handling litigation through trial. Required in the job is organization and maintenance of case files, review and analysis of documents, preparation of documents for production, issuance of subpoenas, assisting with deposition preparation, summarizing depositions, and general trial preparation. Should be well-versed in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
