Associate or Entry Level Attorney Duties : Will provide superior customer service to all clients. Proactively manage probate and estate planning cases from beginning to end. Work with a team of professionals to provide the best possible case strategy. Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction. Requirements : The candidate should have a Law Degree from an Accredited University. Must be passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt. Be admitted to practice law in South Carolina. Should have 2 years of practice experience, at least one (1) in probate or litigation. Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Preferably should have 1 year of probate or litigation experience.
