Associate Attorney The candidate will be working closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners on legal matters. Communicating with clients and punctually provide status reports. Regularly handling court appearance and emergencies that may arise. Independently managing a litigation case load. Drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders. Conducting appropriate and thorough discovery. Doctorate degree is required. Should have 1-3 years of Family law experience. Bar license is required. Should be admitted to Practice Law in the State of Illinois.
