Legal Secretary The candidate's duties include: telephone answering, filing, typing, and receptionist duties; court filings and other errands; meetings and telephone conferences with clients, court personnel, attorneys, and others; review, analysis, organization and indexing of discovery and other documents; assist with preparation of correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and other documentation; and assist with preparation of documents and exhibits for meetings, negotiations, depositions, hearings, and trials. Should have fast and accurate keyboarding and computer skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work independently and with others, and be able to meet objectives in a deadline driven environment.
