Loan Closer/Paralegal The candidate should have 3 years of experience in commercial and/or residential lending, including the ability to communicate with clients, prepare loan documentation, organize and track due diligence, analyze title and clear conditions, coordinate the closing, and oversee post-closing duties. A Florida Registered Paralegal is preferred, but a candidate with strong experience from a title company will also be considered. Experience in Centerbase and NetDocs a plus.
