Paralegal - Litigation The candidate will support several business litigation attorneys, handling multiple voluminous cases in state and federal court, as well as domestic and international arbitrations. Will assist in all aspects of the litigation process, including providing support for attorneys in the discovery process, motion practice, as well as hearings, mediations, trials, and arbitrations. The candidate should have a college degree or equivalent experience of 5 years of additional litigation experience including actual in-courtroom trial experience. Certified Legal Assistant or Certified Paralegal is also preferred. Strong organizational skills, extensive experience working with document review tools such as Summation or Eclipse, as well as other hosted document review tools required. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, iManage and Outlook needed. Experience working with trial presentation software, such as Sanction or Trial Director, and Case Notebook (or similar case management tools) needed.
