Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years of defense litigation experience as a paralegal. Must be certified through NALA, be registered with The Florida Bar as an FRP or have a paralegal certificate from an accredited paralegal program. Must be experienced with: case management, document summaries, medical chronologies, trial preparation, preparation of pleadings and subpoenas, tracking and following up for records requests, management of document production.
