Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and perform other usual and customary attorney duties. Will represent clients in court and at depositions. Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and discovery. Meet minimum billable hour requirements. Should have 1-3 years experience as a licensed California attorney. Must have Deposition and courtroom experience. Should have proficiency with WordPerfect, Word and Westlaw.
