Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to assume immediate responsibility on pre-litigation matters, have strong communication and people skills, and is extremely organized and detail-oriented. Must have excellent research and writing skills and proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of tort/PI law with at least 1-3 years of PI experience. Bilingual a plus.
