Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney The candidate responsibilities include: File review and settlement analysis. Perform extensive legal research and drafting memos and appeals. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Draft pleadings and engage in discovery. Must be admitted to practice in the State of Illinois. Must be in good standing with the ARDC. 1-3 years of litigation experience (Experience in insurance litigation is a plus) is needed. Should have superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
