Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft Settlement Demands with detailed analysis of case. Knowledge of case management software, Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Outlook and Excel is advantageous. Prior personal injury litigation experience is an absolute. Bilingual in Spanish is a must. E-Filing in Texas Courts is advantageous. Experience in Drafting / Answering Discovery in personal injury litigation cases is a must. Experience in Drafting Petitions in personal injury litigation cases is a must. Correspond and communicate with medical providers and subrogation interests.
